Q2. Is it possible to add name on the shirt ?
A. We don’t have such service.
Q3. Are you selling authentic marathon shirts ?
A. Yes, we are. All of our shirts are 100% authentic provided from official marathon races in Japan.
Q4. Is the price only in Japanese Yen ?
A. Yes, it is. Please check exchange rate and calculate the price of your currency by yourself before placing an order.
Q5. Bulk Discounts
A. Unfortunately, We don’t offer bulk discounts. But we offer discount for frequent customers.
Q6. Can you get other sports items without being listed on your website ?
A. If they are available, we can get any items.
Q7. What is the payment way ?
A. Credit Card or Apple Pay through Stripe. We don’t accept Paypal payment.
Q8. Do you provide international shipping?
A. Yes, world wide shipping by FedEx. We could choose Japan Post or Yamato Transport service to some places.

Q10. Handling Time
A. Back order items are around 2 to 8 weeks. Stock items are around 5 business day.

A. They are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in the price. Please check with your country’s customs office how much they will be prior to buying.
Q13. Will you ship the package as a gift ?
A. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts”. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Q14. Return and exchange.
A. All sales are final. We can’t accept returns and exchange the items.
A. You can cancel your order before shipping is done. Please let us know within 6 hours of your payment. We take 5% as the cancelation charge for credit payment system.
Q16. My package was stolen after FedEx dropped it off at the front door. Will you send replacements or refunds ?
A. FedEx and we don’t take responsibility for stolen packages once dropped off. We recommend that you contact FedEx to hold a package and pick it up at FedEx Office near your place.
Q17. Do you have a store in Osaka ?
A. Unfortunately, we don’t have a physical shop. Only online service is available.
